This month we are happy to highlight Richard Olivo, our amazing Quality Control Coordinator. Richard has been with ATCO for 12 years. Over the years, he has done many jobs. He started as a route technician, became a trainer, and now helps others as a mentor.

Richard is someone we all trust. His customers loved him because he was always there for them. He made sure their pest problems were handled with care.

When asked about his time at ATCO, Richard said,
“One thing I enjoyed was all the learning and training I received from ATCO and my supervisors.”

Before he started here, he had never worked in pest control. He is thankful for the support and kindness his team gave him while he learned.

When Richard is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He loves barbecuing, playing music, and doing art like drawing, painting, and glass sculpting. He also started an herb garden, and he is proud of how it is growing.

Richard brings kindness, skill, and joy to our team. Thank you, Richard, for being a big part of the ATCO family.
