Meet Bonnie Morgon, one of the most beloved and longstanding members of the ATCO Pest Control team. Bonnie has been with us for over 12 years, beginning her journey in the Termite Department and later becoming our Office Manager. Today, she continues to make a meaningful impact as our Executive Administrator and in-house EOS Implementer.

A Versatile Leader and Life-Long Learner

Bonnie has worn many hats during her time at ATCO, bringing both leadership and heart to every role she’s taken on. In 2022, she stepped into the role of Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Implementer, helping our team operate more effectively and in alignment with our core values.

Reflecting on what she enjoys most about her work, Bonnie shared:

“Learning with the goal of teaching, taking concepts and information that can improve someone’s experience and then making it palatable and helpful to the individual.”

Her commitment to personal growth and team development is a key reason ATCO continues to thrive.

Creative Passions and a Spirit for Adventure

Outside the office, Bonnie expresses her creativity as an artist, writer, and fountain pen enthusiast. She’s always been fascinated by languages and enjoys dabbling in several foreign tongues.

Although she’s a proud Bay Area native, Bonnie loves to travel. So far, she has explored 18 states and 11 countries, always eager to experience new cultures and perspectives.
