ATCO Pest Control is proud to highlight Max Fischer, Manager of ATCO’s Specialty Department. Max has been part of the ATCO family for five years and brings 17 years of industry experience to the team.

Before entering pest control, Max worked in the construction field, where his attention to structural detail became a strong foundation for his later work. He didn’t love the pest control industry at first—but that changed when he began handling termite and exclusion work.

“The best part of the job was finding solutions,” Max says. “I love the challenge of solving new problems every day.”

That drive for problem-solving pushed him to take his training seriously and apply it in the field, focusing on long-term structural repairs and exclusion methods that make homes more resilient against pests.

Beyond Work

When he’s not managing termite inspections or exclusion repairs, Max is passionate about life on two wheels. He’s an avid cyclist and motorcycle enthusiast—often found on the track fine-tuning his riding skills. His dream? To one day step up to full motorcycle racing.
